* Note - Personal Checks must clear before shipment. Allow 7 -
10 days.
Most orders are processed the same day we receive them.
Orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
Rates apply to Continental U. S. only. Email for rates on foreign shipping.
* Damage in Shipping *
Occasionally, items may be damaged in transit. Carriers are liable for damages
that occur in shipping. Inspect all packages upon arrival. If any damage is found,
note details on invoice, save original carton and packing materials, notify us, and
return item promptly. Specify Credit, Exchange or Refund.
Please inspect all items and parts for damage upon arrival.
* Return Policy *
Orders may be returned "NQA" (No Questions Asked) within 5 days of receipt.
Call us at 607-433-0183 between 10am-5pm Eastern time for Authorization and
Instructions. All returned merchandise must be in original carton and condition
for a full Credit or Refund. Save your receipts. Return shipping costs are the
customers responsibility. If you wish to return an item that is not damaged
or defective, you will be responsible for the shipping charges there and back.
Only the cost of the item will be refunded. If an item is found to be damaged or
defective we will replace it at no cost to you. Specify: Credit, Exchange or Refund.
* Liability *
Products should be used in accordance with manufacturers instructions.
We assume no responsibility connected with the use or misuse of any product.
Having no control over the use of a product, we will assume no liability for any
loss, damage or expense arising from the use or misuse of any product offered.
Insurance is offered on all orders at additional cost. All insured orders are
fully
covered against loss or damage and are tracked for delivery to final
destination.
* We recommend insurance. Uninsured parcels cannot be covered or tracked.

At Fin & Feather you will never be charged more than the price you see listed.
If we neglect to post updated prices, you will not be billed any extra.
Our shipping rates are some of the lowest in the industry.
